One of Palsaik’s signature dish is the healthy and preservative-free eight-colour pork belly dishes. The pork belly slices are marinated with herbs, curry, wine, hot pepper, garlic, ginseng, soybean paste (miso) and pine leaves. All the colours are naturally derived, and the various colours of pork belly make the dishes stand out.

The restaurant has a menu with ala-carte items and pre-set meals that are either with 3 or 8 colours or a premium set. The 8-colour set comes with a pot of clear clam soup that caters for those that can’t take spicy foods. Do take note that the soup is not refillable. Some portions of vegetables are provided for the customers to enjoy it with the grilled pork belly. The set comes with refillable side dishes.
