When the hunger hits, it seems tougher to decide where to eat. So, instead of having you draw out the pros and cons of your possible go-to spots, check out this approved list of 5 Places to Have Dinner in Bukit Jalil. Have fun!
1. Mallikas Restaurant
Let’s be honest. No dinner beats an excellent Indian meal. Here at Mallikas Restaurant, you’ll be only served the best of both Northern and Southern Indian cuisine. If you’re vegetarian, you’re in for a treat!
We highly recommend the Tomato Uttapam, a South Indian variation of the thosai only thicker and fluffier. The tomato adds a wonderful acidity to the creamy dish.
You can choose either vegetarian or non-vegetarian base meals from 3 options- South, North or The Executive with varying inclusions of rice, sambar and vegetables prepared according to the parts of the nation you’re trying from.
For a side dish to spice up your rice, we suggest the Chicken Andara Roast, a ghee roasted chicken that is to die for.

2. Munching Mob Café
The Mob produces all dishes by order and uses the freshest ingredients available in the market. The Mob is known for its funky, cosy interior, expect some creative, funky names of dishes in their menu.
Catering western & local Asian fusion cuisine, they provide a wide selection of meals from breakfast sausages to the aromatic Mum’s home-cooked dishes. Expect changes on their menu from time to time, because they like to spice things up to keep things interesting!
For dinner, we recommend the Mob’s Nasi Lemak because when is Nasi Lemak not the answer? The fragrant rice paired with the spicy sambal is the perfect meal any time of the day! The Mob serves up really good rendang too.
You’d have to head there on the weekends for their limited edition rendang though.

3. Friendship Signature Kitchen
This Thai restaurant will be your second home by the end of your meal. Each dish here packs layers of flavours for you to unravel. From the basics like tom yam to basil fried spaghetti, you’ll definitely find something to eat here.
We urge you to try the Basil Stir-Fried Rice for a fragrant dish that is both hearty and healthy. You can choose a spiciness level that’s up your alley. The Pork Larb Rice is one of this restaurant’s signature dishes featuring fried rice with minced pork that’s both fatty and spicy.
Rest assured, all the dishes served here of premium quality as they use locally sourced fresh ingredients.

4. Restoran Good Taste
Good Taste, a nostalgic Wan Ton Noodle Restaurant founded by two young Malaysians evolved from a street stall to a chain restaurant located all over Malaysia.
Bukit Jalil-ites are lucky to have them so close by so they always have a constant flow of one of THE best Wan Ton Noodles ever. The slippery noodles hold together a salty and savoury sauce. The only way this dish is made better is through the juicy char siew and crispy bak choi.
Another must-have here is the Duck leg Noodle Soup featuring a well-seasoned drumstick atop a bed of noodles in a hot bowl of soup. The duck’s skin is crispy and comes apart in one-piece perfect for breaking and adding small slivers into your soup.
Add this dish with the “4 Treasures” of the Good Taste, presenting four different cuts of pork marinated in different sauces. Yum!

Yes, you heard right. This café is Malaysia’s first runners’ meetup café promoting running through activities, sharing of experiences and offering nutritious food designed by runners for runners. So expects a variety of healthy and filling meals that won’t have you feeling guilty the next morning for indulging.
That said, just because this place is made for runners, it doesn’t mean you (yes you mere mortal, you!) can’t come in and dine. What they aim to promote here is healthy eating, so you’re more than welcomed to join in.
We recommend you try the Feels Like Sayuring if you’re looking for a meatless meal. This dish features wholesome 9-grain pumpkin barley bun, hash browns, mango salsa, tomato salsa, passion fruits, mushrooms and a huge serving of salad. You’ll leave a happy customer!
