In 10 minutes, drain the water to keep still the firmness. Next, to prepare for the cheesy sauce, first, melt the butter in a saucepan. Pour some of the flour and mix in with salt and pepper on the melted butter saucepan. Stir the sauce and slowly add some milk and stir the mixture until it is perfectly mixed and smooth.
