What is Sweet Potato Fries?

The sweet potato fries are made using sweet potato, corn starch, extra virgin olive oil, fine sea salt, spices and ground black pepper.  The total time taken to make the delectable dish is about 40 minutes.

You may add your favourite spices to enhance the flavours of the meal. They are best served warm, right out of the oven. For a healthier and fulfilling meal, you can pair the dish with other side dishes such as vegetables or even a chicken sandwich.

Make your Own Homemade Sweet Potato Fries

The simple dish can be made by first slicing the sweet potato into fries-shaped pieces. Scatter some cornstarch on top of the sliced sweet potatoes and then add a dash of salt. Add drizzles of olive oil onto the dish and then toss and turn the fries until the surface is equally coated.

On a baking tray, arrange each piece of fries next to one another to allow them to bake evenly. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the chips are warm and look crispy. Once cooked, add some seasonings or spices of your choice.
