The two important ingredients for this dish are shrimp and its batter. Firstly, you have to get the shrimps from the market and buy approximately 1 or 2 kg of fresh shrimps depending on your serving size. Make sure to properly wash and shell the shrimps before cooking.

Next, you have to prepare the batter. All you need to do is to mix flour, egg, and milk in a bowl. Then, take the shrimps and dip it into the batter until it is fully coated. Then, carefully place the battered shrimps into a pan of hot oil and let it cook until it turns golden brown. Serve the dish with a small bowl of Thai chilli sauce.
