- (Company Profile) Copy of Identification Card (IC) / Passport of the person who is signing the agreement (Colour, Front & Back)
- Copy of Bank Account Statement Header or any other way to prove you are the Bank Account owner
- Copy of Brand Logo (JPEG or PNG File)
- Copy of SST Certification (If Applicable)
