Face to Face Noodle House (delivery in KL) is most popular for its Sarawak Noodles inspired by the Jook Sing noodles in Hong Kong. Jook Sing noodles are made by mixing eggs, flour and other ingredients together by hand and then riding a bamboo log to knead the dough to produce chewy, springy noodles. The founder’s great grandfather opened his own noodle shop after mastering the skills of making Jook Sing noodles and pioneered the famous Kolok Mee in Sarawak.
This noodle house has a vision of bringing authentic and high quality Sarawak noodles to the masses, while encouraging their customers to have “face to face” communication. As their business expands, they have diversified their menu to include various interpretation of Kolok Mee and Pan Mee, complemented with different types of homemade sauces.

Traditional Sarawak Noodles
This homemade noodles dish is served with minced pork, char siew, fried wanton and marinated spring onions. The noodles are thin, and not very curly, with a chewy, springy, eggy texture. This dish is rather simple-looking, drizzled with light pork sauce and aromatic pork lard coating each strand. But be prepared to be hit by a flavourful savoury taste, as this dish does not taste as simple as it looks. As the saying goes, don’t judge a book by its cover.

Hot & Spicy Pan Mee
A Malaysian Chinese specialty noodle that is made from kneaded flour, the Pan Mee here are handmade daily and does not contain any preservatives. You can choose to have your pan mee either thick or thin, depending on your own preference. This dish is served with fried anchovies, poached egg and minced pork. It is advisable to stir the noodle to allow the runny egg coat every single strand of noodles. Add in the desired amount of chilli flakes, give it a stir, and you are good to go!
