Top 7 Must-Try Food Places in TTDI

Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) is a hidden gem that is home to many food places known mostly to locals. From old school restaurants to modern cafes, this area has many food options for one to choose from. Today, we will be listing 7 must-try food places in TTDI that you shouldn’t miss if you’re ever there!

1. Aunty Manju’s Banana Leaf Restaurant

A must-try spot in TTDI for good Indian food is Anty Manju’s. This restaurant is known to serve utterly delicious banana leaf rice within the TTDI neighbourhood. It’s unique and different compared to other restaurants, as a standard banana leaf rice in Aunty Manju’s is served with five vegetables instead of the usual three. The selections of side dishes here is comparatively wider and better, with dishes like fish, squid, chicken, prawn, mutton and crab, which are available in curry, deep-fried, masala and more. We highly recommend their fish curry, that has full of flavours and has a lovely fishy undertone to it. What’s best? They serve unlimited papadoms!
