For strawberry cupcake
- All-purpose flour
- Baking powder
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ cup of unsalted butter
- Granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp soft strawberry extract
- Sour cream
For the strawberry frosting
- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- Confectioner’s sugar
- 2 tsp of strawberry extract
- Heavy cream
For the cupcake
- Preheat the oven to 177°C.
- Line a dozen muffin cups in the pan using cupcake liners.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt all together.
