Ingredients:

Preparations:

  1. Beat eggs in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Mix in flour, salt and pepper in a separate medium bowl.
  3. Dip shrimp in flour, make sure it is fully coated with the flour.
  4. Dip shrimp in the beaten eggs lightly, then press shrimp into bread crumbs; turn shrimp over and press into the bread crumbs again to coat both sides of the shrimp.
  5. Pour oil into a heavy large pot to reach a depth of 2 inches to deep fry the shrimp.
  6. Preheat the large pan up to 177°C.
  7. Add shrimp into the hot oil.
  8. Deep-fry for 1 minute.
  9. Remove the shrimp from the oil and drain them using a paper towel.
  10. Arrange shrimp on platter.
