- One tsp salt and pepper
- One cut of fish
- One tbsp of baking powder
- All-purpose flour
- two slices of bread
- Preheat the pan to 350 degrees with half-full oil.
- Make a batter to mix with the fish fillet.
- Mix in baking powder, all-purpose flour and salt and pepper.
- Stir the mixture and then put the fish fillet inside the broth to flavour the fish.
- Fry the coated fillet until it turns into golden brown.
