Besides serving delicious bao burgers, they also sell eco-friendly products too as part of their mission to become more sustainable. Best sellers include the handmade black sesame buns – the Mumu Rendang is a crowd favourite- and the Ko-Ko Chicken, which comes with a side of edamame, pickles and slaw. Being at the waterfront as well, Serabei also offers a nice view as you sit back in their pristine, minimalistic cafe while waiting for their signature local dishes. Of all the selection, customers almost always select their infamously delicious Nasi Kerabu. The blue rice dish comes with fried chicken, vegetables, sambal and raw herbs with fish sauce drizzle and some crispy keropok and salted eggs.
