Ingredients (1 serving):
- 2c ice
- 1/4c fresh expresso
- 1/2c milk
- 3 tbsp Caramel syrup
- White chocolate
- Whipped cream
- Caramel sauce
- Fill a cup with ice, level with the top of the cup.
- Pour milk over ice.
- Pour contents of the cup into blender jug.
- Add fresh expresso, caramel syrup and white chocolate.
- Put the lid on tightly, blend until smooth.
- Pour it in the glass.
- Top the drink with whipped cream and caramel sauce (the more, the merrier).
Optional: Add sugar candy to make it more wonderful.
