Recipe: Double Stacked Beef Burger

Without further ado, here is the recipe on a double-stacked beef burger.

Ingredients (4 servings):

Directions:

  1. Sauce: Whisk all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Beef patty: Divide the ground beef into 6 equal ball portions (around 85g each).
  3. Season each portion with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat with some olive oil.
  5. One at a time, add in the beef ball and gently flatten it to get a thin sized patty for your burger. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Flip to the other side, top the patty with a piece of cheddar cheese, and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes (until the cheese has melted). Transfer to a plate.
  7. Assemble the burgers: Smear the bottom half of the bun with some burger sauce and top with lettuce, followed by two patties and finally with sliced tomato and red onion. Enjoy!
