Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Coffee
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Minced Ginger
- Using a saucepan, boil your fresh ginger with water.
- When water turns yellow and starts to bubble, add coffee and sugar. Alternatively, sweeteners can be used instead of sugar.
- Stir the mixture, making sure everything is dissolved and mixed. You can add milk if you want a creamy and rich taste.
- Strain the coffee into a cup.
- Served to be enjoyed.
