    • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • Chicken Marinade

    • 1/2 cup sesame oil
    • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

    • 4 teaspoons finely grated peeled fresh ginger

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Stir and mix thoroughly.
  2. Toss in the chicken into the mixing bowl full of the marinade. Make sure all the chicken pieces are evenly coated in the sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Brush some oil onto the grill and fire it up. Cook the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown and are charred on both sides.
