Recipe: Mushroom Cream Pork

Ingredients (4 servings):

Directions:

  1. Dry the pork chops with the kitchen paper and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a big skillet and add 1-2 tablespoons of oil, then sear the pork chops for 3-5 minutes per side until well browned on both ends. Remove and laid aside.
  3. Add more oil in the same pan, if necessary, and add the mushrooms. Fry until it’s golden brown.
  4. Add the garlic and herbs and fry again for another 30 seconds before pouring in the cream and lemon juice. Season to taste and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the soup has thickened mildly.
  5. Move the pork chops and their resting juices back in the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked to your preference.
