Directions:

  1. Prepare a pot and fill it with water. Turn on the heat and let it boil.
  2. Add olive oil into the boiling water.
  3. Pour the cockles into the pot and let it simmer.
  4. Take the cockles out from the pot and let it drain when the shells start to open.
  5. Blend garlic and chillies in a blender. Take the mixture out when it is done.
  6. In a bowl, combine the mixture with fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Mix well.
  7. Place cockles on a plate.
  8. Pour the sauce on the cockles.
  9. Dust cilantro and mint leaves on the cockles.
  10. Serve immediately.
