Recipe: Thai Spicy Sour Salmon Sashimi

Japanese food is widely cooked in restaurants in some countries such as Malaysia and Thailand. They have been promoted as another way to practice a healthy lifestyle. Sashimi is a dish that consists of thin slices of simply sushi-grade fish such as salmon.

Salmon is essential to give us a healthy body because of the Omega-3 fatty acids. However, it is essential to consider the capacity of chosen restaurants to prepare the raw salmon hygienically before you decide to dine out. The bacteria living in natural food might enter the body system unintentionally.

As consumers, fresh salmon sashimi prepared in a clean environment is a good return we could get from suppliers before enjoying them instantly.
