Ingredients:
- 30g fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 600g beef rump, sliced thinly
- 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 120g snake beans, cut into 5cm lengths
- 8 green onions, sliced thinly
- 2 tsp grated palm sugar
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ cup loosely packed fresh Thai basil
Instructions:
- Slice peeled ginger thinly, stack them and then slice them again into thin silvers.
- Heat half of the oil in the wok and stir fry the beef in batches until they turn brown all over.
- With the remaining oil in the wok, stir fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
- Then, add beans and stir fry them until they become tender.
- Later, return the beef to wok with onion, sugar and sauces. Stir fry them until the sugar dissolves and beef cook enough.
- Lastly, remove the wok from the heat and toss basil leaves through the stir fry.
