3. CQB Steamboat Kuchai Lama

CQB steamboat serves authentic Chong Qing Si Chuan Spicy Steamboat that is pretty much on par with the one in China, attracting even diners from China. A must-try here is their dry Sze Chuan pot, where it is first served dry, and once you finish this dry version, soup will be added in to turn it into a hotpot. Some of the ingredients that really go well with the soup is mi xian, duck blood, lamb slices, beef slices and frozen tofu. As for the soup, try their signature Mala Soup and Salted Duck soup base!

Located behind Papa Rich, Restaurant Fu Gua Thong is the best place to have a full course of bitter gourd meal during hot sunny days.
