This is Sepiring’s most popular dish, and there’s a reason why its so good! This Kelantan cuisine, Ayam Percik (a sweet and spicy chicken serving) topped with a flavourful and creamy white sauce is served alongside salted eggs and keropok lekor (a fish fry originated from Terengganu).
The rice of this dish is special long-grain rice generously spiced with a myriad of fragrant local herbs which is also doused with stir-fried grated coconuts to add some smokiness to the entire meal. To add to this concoction, the milky gravy that you’re supposed to pour on the Nyonya Nasi is a coconut milk curry perfection that perfectly ties the entire dish together.
