Recipe: Mini Lamb T-Bones

As lamb already has fantastic flavour, you don’t have to add much seasoning. Therefore, in this easy recipe, we will be using only the essentials – garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. If you’re interested, follow the delicious lamb stew pie recipe below, and you’ll have yourself a feast!

Ingredients (4 servings):

Directions:

  1. Set aside the lamb T-bones at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Meanwhile, combine all the lamb seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Rub the seasoning mix onto the lamb T-bones.
  4. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over high heat.
  5. Cook the seasoned lamb for about 3 minutes each side.
  6. Then, reduce the heat to low and cook for another remaining 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the skillet from the heat and leave the lamb in the skillet with the lid covered for about 10 – 15 minutes.
  8. Check the doneness of the lamb by making sure it has a nice pink colour in the centre when cut. If the meat is still raw, continue cooking on medium heat for another 5 – 10 minutes with the lid covered.
  9. Transfer the lamb onto a serving plate and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
