Ingredients (4 servings):
- 4 slices Hainan bread
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Condensed milk
- In a skillet or wide pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter on medium-high heat until melted.
- Place the bread slices into the butter and allow to toast for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the rest of the butter once one side is brown, right before flipping the slices over. Again, allow the bread to toast for another minute or so until the second side is also golden brown.
