  1. First, cook the spaghetti and drain out the water. Then, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to prevent them from sticking. Set aside.
  2. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a pan. Then, place the pan under medium heat and stir well until all the ingredients mix well. Set aside.
  3. Next, in a wok, add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and leave it on high heat. Once, the oil is hot, add the minced garlic, ginger and white part of spring onion. Saute them for a minute.
  4. Then, add red bell peppers and carrots and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Make sure the vegetables remain crunchy.
  5. Later, add the prepared peanut butter sauce and cook for 1 more minute. Once done, add the cooked spaghetti and salt to taste. Mix them well, so the noodles thoroughly coat with the sauce. Meanwhile, cook for a minute.
  6. Lastly, add spring onion greens, cilantro and the roasted peanuts. Squeeze in lime juice and sprinkle sesame seeds and you are ready to serve!
